Further arrest in Thame murder investigation

A 19-year-old man from Oxfordshire has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.

Officers made the fourth arrest on Friday evening (24/7) following the death of a 19 year old in Chinnor Road, Thame on Wednesday evening.

The victim has been identified as Joshua Harling from Oxford.

The cause of death has been confirmed as a stab wound to the chest, following a post-mortem examination.

15-year-old arrested on suspicion of murder in Thame

Three others, a 15-year-old boy and 19-year-old man from Oxfordshire and a 19-year-old man from Buckinghamshire also remain in police custody after officers secured warrants of further detention from High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court while investigations continue.
