Adults in Bucks warned to avoid children's swings

Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue have joined with forces across the country to warn people.

Teenagers and adult in Buckinghamshire are being asked to be careful when using play equipment.

This follows several call outs over the past few weeks to free people trapped in swing sets, including on women in Aylesbury.

Emergency services across the country have called for people not to use child's equipment if they are over the age it is aimed at.

Many have linked the call outs to a tiktok trend.

Bucks Fire & Rescue service provided this comment:

"We can’t confirm whether these incidents were part of the national baby swing craze, but it is worth reminding people to take care with play equipment.

"It can be a painful and embarrassing experience for them, and a rather unnecessary call-out for us."
