Fire At Pinewood Studios

Fire crews from across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and West London were called to the Pinewood Studios at around 10pm on Friday night.

When crews arrived, they found a catering lorry alight next to two-storey film studio building measuring 20 metres by 30 metres.

Crews from Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Hillingdon, Slough, Langley and the Operational Support Unit from Great Missenden were deployed.

Firefighters used one jet, one hose reel, a turntable ladder and two sets of breathing apparatus.

The building was five per cent damaged by fire.
