Roasted pumpkin and rosemary soup, garlic croutons

Chicken liver parfait, cognac, orange glaze

Home cured gravadlax, beetroot carpaccio, honey, dill dressed leaves

Roast sage and onion stuffed turkey, chipolatas, roast potatoes, brussell sprouts, parsnips

Braised venison, spiced red cabbage, fondant potatoes

Roasted winter vegetable tart, chestnut, rocket pesto

Traditional Christmas pudding, rum custard

Spiced apple tart tatin, vanilla ice cream

Please note menu is not available on Sunday or Monday. 

Reservations confirmed by 100% deposit before 30th September for this menu will recieve a 15% discount against the menu, drinks will be charged at full price.
Reservations for parties of 10 or more for Tuesday or Wednesday (dates 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th December 2013) confirmed by 100% deposit before 31st October for this menu will allow the booker to eat for free, drinks will be charged at full price.
